At Renvika, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required, to any destination.
Shipping Zones
We ship internationally. We deliver to Canada, the United States, and most countries worldwide.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Canada: 3–7 business days after shipment
United States: 5–10 business days after shipment
International: 7–21 business days after shipment

Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs, weather, or carrier delays.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
